All plants are final sale. We can guarantee your plant if you sign up for a maintenance plan with us. We also gaurentee plants within one week of receiving your plant, after that, we are not liable of the conditions of the plant beyond one week.

Substitutions of plant type may be necessary to ensure your order or is completed in a timely manner. The utmost care and attention is given to your order to ensure that it is as similar as possible to the requested item. If the product is no longer available because of seasonality, we will contact you to make a substitution or we will refund you the amount paid.
